Over all good but a roller coaster experience!
We stayed for two nights here on 15th and 16th March; The property is located in a convenient location; Cleanliness, decent breakfast free; lunch and dinner also OK as they gave some discount;
Unfortunately we faced a lot of problem in the door lock system; many other guests also had similar issue. The manager said, it was technical issue which they were tackling; but what could have been done was to escort the guest and help open the door manually. If they were dependent on Chinese technology for Indian context, that is unacceptable. The second issue was the speed of the lift which was too slow. Coincident to our stay, there was a huge school girls trip from Dehradun which led to chaotic situation; I can appreciate that the things often go out of control; but anticipatory management is the key factor; I hope my comments will be taken in right spirit so that the hotel can enhance client satisfaction.
